There is a limited amount of rentals available. After you complete this form you will receive a waiver that must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. The original waiver must be brought with you to the Rental Shop. Rentals will not be available on mountain without a complete waiver.

Rental Cut Off Dates:
Sunday Jan 3rd at midnight for Jan 8-10 Trip
Sunday Jan 10th at midnight for Jan 15-17 Trip
Sunday Jan 17th at midnight for Jan 22-24 Trip
Sunday Jan 24th at midnight for Jan 29-31 Trip
